As most affiliates know, the ultimate goal for a promotional website is to reach the highest natural ranking possible. This is especially important for sites made specifically for promoting Pay per Install affiliate programs.
Many webmasters believe that Google will immediately penalize their website if there is any evidence of affiliate links. They spend countless hours trying to disguise affiliate links or affiliate program offers in hopes that Google will not penalize their site.
Criticism towards affiliate sites has developed because of lazy, opportunistic, and short-term thinking webmasters whose main goal is to attract search engine traffic using unscrupulous blackhat tactics. - Poor images and on-page optimization
- Links intended to manipulate Google PageRank
- Links to web spammers or bad neighbourhoods on the web
- Excessive reciprocal links or excessive link exchanging
- Buying or selling links that pass Google PageRank
If you spend the time to build a high quality, informational pay per install affiliate website, there is a much higher chance that you will make more money for the extra effort. Give your visitor’s information and content they will find useful, refer them to other quality resources online and people will start referring back to you.
